Fast-Track Q&A

Sep 30, 2020

Spanco’s Fast-Track product offering is now available to our dealers. Here are the answers to a few common questions you might have about Spanco Fast-Track.

What is Fast-Track?

Fast-Track is the expedited order fulfillment service offered by Spanco. This service is designed to get our products to you as fast as possible using the many pre-designed systems included in our standard offerings.

What systems are available through Fast-Track?

Currently, select standard Freestanding Workstation Bridge Crane, Ceiling-Mounted Workstation Bridge Crane, and A-Series Aluminum Gantry Crane models are available. Additional systems will be added in the near future.

How does Fast-Track work?

Fast-Track uses Spanco’s standard pre-engineered systems to reduce lead times. These systems have already been designed, tested, and certified to meet all of the OSHA, ANSI, and additional standards our cranes adhere to. All that’s left to do is build the system and ship it.

What are the benefits of Fast-Track?

The primary benefit of Fast-Track is the shorter lead times. By eliminating time-consuming processes, we process your order faster and ship it to you sooner. It also expedites the quoting process and eliminates the need for multiple approval drawings, which typically require much more time.

Can Fast-Track eligible systems be customized?

All standard Spanco systems include a range of designs for every product. While custom elements are not available for Fast-Track orders, you can specify features such as the capacity, height under the boom (HUB), and span within the standard dimensions to meet your specific needs. Other options, such as custom paint colors, are not available to keep lead times as short as possible.

What are the lead times on Fast-Track systems?

All Fast-Track lead times are three to five business days. Lead times begin on the same day for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Lead times for orders submitted after 2:00 PM EST begin on the next business day.

How is the shipping handled?

In order to provide the fastest service, Spanco will make the freight arrangements for you with one of our approved freight carriers using the ship-to address specified at the time of the order.

How do I order Fast-Track systems?

To generate a quote, go to the Fast-Track webpage on Lift-Lab and select your system. Then, simply email your Fast-Track quote and PO including the ship-to address to fast-track@spanco.com.

With Fast-Track, you can receive your final product much more quickly than with custom Spanco systems. If you have a strict timeline, Fast-Track can help you make your deadline.
